Trinity’s entertainment and concert touring businesses will be operated under the name JBF Entertainment, LLC (“JBFE”). The name comes from our unique focus of blending, or “Converging” sports and entertainment in a way that’s uncommon, but sought after in the world of minor-league sports.



JBFE will create, develop, promote and manage concert and lifestyle tours with “A-List” artists in tandem with established concert promoters like LiveNation (a Clear Channel company) in major and secondary markets in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Russia. In addition, JBFE will also exclusively manage all of the in-season entertainment for the CBA and all member teams.

TSEG’s business philosophy of a calculated and thorough approach will remain in tact in order to decrease uncertainties and increase profitability for the entertainment component of the company.
